‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ trailer: Tom Holland confronts old villains in the multiverse
Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, and Electro return to battle Spider-Man
The highly-anticipated new trailer dropped Monday and depicts Peter Parker struggling to adjust to life after his superhero identity was exposed by Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal).
In order to make his life more manageable, Peter seeks the help of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to cast a spell and erase the world’s memory that he’s Spider-Man. But their actions have serious consequences and the multiverse is unleashed. TOM HOLLAND SHARES FIRST LOOK AT ‘SPIDER-MAN 3,’ ALONG WITH MASK MESSAGE
« The multiverse is a concept about which we know frighteningly little, » Doctor Strange warns.Â
Now, Peter must battle old villains from previous « Spider-Man » films. In the trailer, fans see Alfred Molina reprise his role as Dr. Otto Octavius, aka Doctor Octopus, from Tobey Maguire’s franchise.Â
Fans also see teases of villains Green Goblin and Electro. The latter originally hailing from Andrew Garfield’s franchise.

But the one thing missing from the sneak peek of the next MCU installment is confirmation that Maguire and Garfield are returning to share the screen with Holland as different Spideys from different universes.Â
Fans will have to settle (for now) with the returning cast of J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson. Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May.

iPhone 13: The latest rumors and reports on Apple’s next smartphone
WORLD TECH TODAY
We’re weeks away from September, which means the return of the NFL, pumpkin spice and the back-to-school season.
It also typically marks the debut of a new iPhone.
Traditionally, Apple has hosted an event every September, during which they reveal details of the next iPhone, followed by a launch days later.
Last year, due to the COVID pandemic, Apple has to shift its strategy for launching iPhone 12. The tech giant pushed up its announcement to October, launching the iPhone 12 on Oct. 23. Apple also released the iPhone 12 Mini in November.
When can we expect the next iPhone? Will it be called iPhone 13? What features will it sport? Here’s what we know (or think we know) so far.

iPhone 13 launching in September, analyst says…
In a note Tuesday, Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives projects Apple will launch the iPhone 13 during the third week of September. Citing checks of supply chains in Asia, Ives said the next iPhone represents between 35% to 45% of all iPhone builds from the region. »This positive outlook gives us enhanced confidence that 2021’s launch timing will be ‘normal,' » said Ives.
iPhone 13 storage up to 1 TB?
Ives also projects the iPhone 13 will provide a significant upgrade in storage, bumping up to a new maximum of 1 terabyte. The model with the highest amount of storage is the iPhone 12 Pro at 512 GB. Ives said all iPhone 13 models will likely support Lidar, remote sensing technology that bolsters the smartphone’s augmented reality capabilities.
Better chips, plus Portrait Mode for video
Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman, who has been plugged in to Apple for years, is expecting a better chip to beef up the speed of the iPhone, as well as Cinematic Video, which is basically a version of Portrait mode for video.
A bigger iPhone battery?
The next iPhone might bring a big bump in battery life. ZDNet reports the next iPhones will support significantly larger batteries, which means we might spend less time charging our smartphones.
